DR. RACHEL STIBBARD
Growing up in an athletic family, Dr. Stibbard was introduced to sports at a young age. Soccer was her thing. She played competitively until age 23 and still plays today! She was surrounded by injuries during these years. Whether they were ankle sprains, ACL tears or concussions, there was always a specific protocol before the players were allowed back on the field to play. This started her desire to be a part of the health care field. Her aim was to help people stay active, injury free and continue to be healthy for years to come.
Fast forward to today. She is now a chiropractor with a passion for women’s health and she finds out there is no proper “protocol” for women to prepare for birth or to rehab after giving birth. How is it that there is a step by step process for athletes who undergo knee surgery, but there is no such thing for women who have had major abdominal surgery through a C-section or who have altered their body biomechanics giving birth naturally?!
Being a woman and eventually wanting to have children, Dr. Stibbard is not okay with the standard of care for pregnant and postpartum women. Women who decide to have children should not have to suffer in pain during or after their pregnancy.
Is pain common? Yes. Is it normal? HECK NO. This is her vow, that she will be raising the standard of care for YOU!
Dr. Stibbard received her undergraduate degree in June of 2015, from the University of Western Ontario, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology. After this Dr. Stibbard attended the prestigious Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated in June of 2019. She successfully completed the Canadian and Provincial Boards to practice in Ontario.
Dr. Stibbard completed extra courses in Functional Movement Assessment, Post Partum Rehab, Functional Integrated Acupuncture, and Pediatric Adjusting. She is also well versed in a number of techniques including diversified, activator, and drop piece/ toggle board adjusting.

DR. EVAN STIBBARD
Born in Windsor Ontario, Dr. Stibbard grew up playing a wide range of sports but focused on hockey and baseball. This lead to his first exposures to manual and physical therapies. He was first introduced to chiropractic at the age of 15, at the beginning of his junior hockey career, and has pursued the profession ever since.
Dr. Stibbard played varsity hockey during his years at the University of Windsor in the CIS. While completing his Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree in an impressive 3 years, he was also an Academic All-Canadian and a member of the Dean’s list. During his summers, he worked as a personal trainer where he trained mainly athletes, including a list of professional European and NHL hockey players.
Dr. Stibbard was accepted to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated as a member of the class of 2018. He is now a rehab-focused chiropractor with extensive training in functional movement assessment, in addition to clinical and athletic rehabilitation. He is also certified in acupuncture and is a certified Functional Range Conditioning provider.

DR. KAITLIN OLIVER
Dr. Oliver has had a passion for healthcare for as long as she can remember. In fact, at age 10, she wrote an entire paper on how she wanted to become a Doctor so that she can help people feel better. Her dreams finally became a reality, and her passion is evident the second you meet her!
She attended St. Clair College and graduated dental assisting while maintaining a perfect GPA. She thoroughly enjoyed this career, however, she knew that she wanted to continue her education and provide even more care to her community. Dr. Oliver returned to the University of Windsor and graduated Human Kinetics with Honours, and maintained her status on the Dean’s list throughout her degree. She went on to receive her Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2020 with the highest distinction of Summa Cum Laude.
She has since expanded her knowledge of women’s health even further, with additional certification in postpartum rehabilitation, to provide next level care to women during the postpartum period. Dr. Oliver is a firm believer in raising the standard of care when it comes to pre- and post- natal care. She has also received additional training in treatment of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, instrument assisted therapy and has vast experience with a variety of manual therapy techniques (diversified, drop piece, and activator adjustments). Dr. Oliver believes that every patient is different so she always creates individualized treatment plans for every single patient- no cookie cutter approach here!
Her passion is to provide quality care for the whole family, with particular interest in women’s health and paediatric care, as well as disorders of the TMJ.
